Each Ocean Treasures Collection® aquarium has been fabricated using only the finest materials and environmentally safe products available to the trade. This aquarium is designed to last a lifetime with proper care and maintenance.

The Creative Design Group is confident and satisfied with the quality, design, and functionality of these aquariums. We warranty that the acrylic cylindrical structure and decorative surround will be free of defects and damages for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Repairs or a replacement will be issued if defects are determined. This warranty does not apply to scratches on the acrylic or facade finishes as a result of normal use, or damage incurred by fish or specimens. The decorative reef sculpture’s color loss or fading is not covered under this warranty. Our warranty does not include defects or damages due to improper care, maintenance, misuse, abuse, accidents, acts of God, or unauthorized use.

Your aquarium’s filtration system is expected to last several years or more when properly maintained. This item carries an original manufacturer’s warranty, which is typically 24 months. Please refer to the manufacturer’s specifications provided for details and contact information.

The lighting system in your aquarium has been specially designed for this application. Bulbs should be changed annually in order to achieve optimal and intended spectrum.

The warranty is void if the aquarium is lifted or moved by the acrylic dry tube, if the aquarium is not placed on a flat, level surface designed to support the size and weight of this tank, moved from its location either full or partially full of water, or if it is used for any reason other than its intended purpose.

The warranty does not cover loss of fish, personal injury, property loss or damage arising from negligence, abuse or misuse of the aquarium. Incidental or consequential damages are specifically excluded.

IMPORTANT: Always unplug the aquarium components when inspecting or disassembling for any reason.
